I was just at the clinic this afternoon and their staff are accommodating, it was straight to to point with my appointment after Covid 19 screening and wait for around 2 mins. then I had the ultrasound ongoing.
Very professional place. Personal experience of having to go to the hospital 3 times for an ultrasound and sent home with no real diagnosis...showed up to the downsview clinic and was told within minutes it was my appendicitis. Very happy with their service and knowledge. Excellent experience. Thank you Downsview clinic.
This clinic offered the most convenient time for my wife to get a pregnancy ultrasound. I admit, the receptionist was a little rough around the edges but I suspect this was because of a language barrier. Overall, the service was good. The facility seemed well equipped and modern. Our tech was knowledgeable. The hours can't be beat! Would definitely come again.
I needed a few different kinds of ultrasound and according my previous experience I never was able to get all tests in one visit, but in this clinic I had it done and more over I didn't miss my work, they open till 8p.m. Staff was very friendly, very professional and they all worked as a nice team. Facility is beautiful, clean and conveniently located close to Allen Rd and HighWay 401. Definitely will come back.
We had an appointment with this clinic, and it has been 45 minutes and they still haven't called us in, which is going to make us late for another appt. They have let people in that came after us including a gentleman with an expired health card. Receptionist seems to be favoring Russian speaking patients. Will not come back.

I feel that it may be improbable that any member of our multicultural staff expressed any kind of preference based on language, and if any preference was indeed expressed it was most likely due to a life-threatening,emergency health-related situation that may arise from time to time.
