Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to take a lot of laundry there cause they are the only place convenient to me that will wash & fold. The gentleman who served me was very friendly & gave me a discount since I had such a big load. As I was getting into the car he rushed out to ask me if I wanted my clothes on hangers or folded when he realized he forgot to ask when I was there.
Overall, great and friendly business. I went to the store on November 30, 2015 to shorten my daughter's Christmas party dress. The male owner right away greeted me and asked how he can help. I told him my situation, and he said no problem and he can fix it. I came back two days later (which was very fast and convenient) and the dress was perfect. 10/10 definitely will be coming back again. On an additional note, the prices were also very affordable and nice.
I have been altering my clothing for some time now and have at the beginning have great results and service. Even delicate blouses and certain difficult things were done impecibly and with precision. I was truly impressed. Most of the customers that go there are very satisfied with the results and leave pleasantly surprised.
After a while, clothing was returned to me with holes, I had pants given back with inconsistent hem lengths, clothing was unfinished, things were never done (simple things like securing buttons on pants) etc. All these errors and the combined lack of customer service is the biggest complaint. Usually there is no accountability for errors/clothing damanged in the alteration process (i.e. holes). A simple sorry or even smile or any sort of sign of hospitable service would be nice, but it's difficult to find it here. Customer retention does not seem to be a priority at all.
Pricing is good at times, but also inconsistent as prices are not advertised or displayed.
I would recommend giving a few pieces to try them out and avoiding peak times such as the holidays when the bulk of the errors I have experienced occured.
