Airport Transportation Service

Ive never experienced service like this in my life. Dispatcher said 5-10 minutes. 25 min later I called back and she checked in with driver, apparently he hadnt bothered to leave his house yet. She dispatched a second driver. 15 min later no show. When I called back, no apology. I said if hes not here in 30 seconds may as well cancel as I will miss my appointment. She said hes not a plane, he cant fly, and hung up on me.

It's possibly unfair to judge this company during a snow storm, but waiting 4 hours for a cab is ludicris!! The dispatch gave us every excuse in the book, including drivers not wanting to drive because of too much snow. The thing these drivers need to remember is that they are drivers and they drive. Definitely won't be calling this company again even if the weather is nice.. (FYi: We had to wait for this company because we had a voucher for only them)
