Poor customer service
I bought a bag of bee pollen that I afterwards realized might cause an allergic reaction in my family. Within the week I asked to return it ($30) and they refused saying their policy was to not refund food. It was an unopened package , which I considered a supplement . Since it was so costly , and had a long shelf life , I would have expected the store to refund me , like the larger chains do , such as Loblaws. I will not give them any more of my business. The cashier was rather rude with
