Very average food every time I have been there, good for retirement parties, not comparable to fine Italian dining. Basic Italian food for lunch, not a nice dinner with friends.
This place has the best chicken Parmesan in the city of Ottawa. The service is quick and the people are very friendly. The staff are always the same which is another indication of a well run restaurant.
Consistent quality. Nothing fancy. Has a busy lunch-time crowd of civil servants who need to be fed in 30 minutes and out. All spaghettis highly recommended.
I ordered a new york steak medium rare then got a steak, not new york, but well done. Wife order shrimp risotto and got bland rice with over cooked shrimp. Even the antipasto was a cheap and miserable version of what it should be. This is my second visit in six months apart and its horrible. Even the birthday girl was terribly disapointed. It should not be called an italian restaurant.
WOW ! It was my first time there, and seriously I haven't been to a restaurant that had such FAST and FRIENDLY service. It was really busy, but yet they worked fast to get us a great table in the sunken part of the room, and the waitress was at our table within 3 minutes of being seated. I'm used to waiting like an HOUR to get our food...WE even had STEAK and SALMON and our food was at the table in less than 20 minutes..and while we waited we had appetizers which came within 5 minutes of being ordered... We ended up staying there for 4 hours ! It's actually my favorite restaurant now. THANK YOU ROBBIE'S SPAGHETTI HOUSE !
Wow...a friend of mine recommended Robbie's Spaghetti House to celebrate my Girlfriend's birthday and I am so glad we did because it's our new PLACE TO DINE! My girlfriend got her entree on the house because we were a party of more then 5 and they came with a nice cake and sang to her. The food was excellent but the service was the best i've seen. The waitress was at our table within 2 minutes even though it was a full house that night and got us everything we needed and more.
