BEWARE! I've been bringing all my families clothes to her for years. Over the years small issues here and there but nothing seriously damaged. The last incident is one I will NEVER bring any of my clothing back to that place again. 3000$ dolce pant suit, she burnt off some of the material on the back of the pant. I opened it at home to notice the huge material missing on the back. Went back to her, she took no responsibility, blamed me and said I brought it to her that way and thought I knew about it? The suit is ruined it is just money but the way she dealt with the situation now is just insulting. The lack of acknowledgment and the fact that she put blame on me shows the lack of care and attention she puts into her work. If you have less expensive clothing I would say it's ok to bring to her. But anything of high value is not taken care of with the attention it deserves at this location. The latest service left a bad taste and I won't be going back.
Found out about these guys thru a friend. I've had trouble finding a cleaner that knew what they were doing. Anyways, I took my Harry Rosen suit which I demolished at a wedding the week before & these guys made it look brand new!! Plus they replaced a button. They're the best! Anyways, Cozy for Life!
