    I always get my clothing altered and hemmed here. Amazing service and they truly do a good job. Their pricing is average, but it is quality work.

    BAD PATCH JOB

    I took in a pair of jean shorts to repair a hole in them. They carelessly slapped on with GLUE a (not the self adhesive iron on type) patch and unnecessarily puckered the fabric well below where the actual hole was in my jeans. The Glue was so badly put on the fabric that it extends well past the actual patch itself. I can see that coming off in the wash onto other clothes. Plus, the patch is already partially lifting off where it hasn't been stitched down. Speaking of which, the stitching also was extremely sloppy and careless. The whole thing looks more of a mess now (a small hole too, only about less than an inch in diameter). They turned that into a 3 inch very unattractive spot / patch now on my jeans. Cost (incl. tax) almost $14.00 too, which probably only took about 2 minutes to do. Am very unsatisfied. Won't ever take repair work there again. Bad Bad Bad!
