Pizza Hut is AWFUL, we ordered 2 pizzas and the one pizza was burnt brown/black, I called in they told us to drive back and they would give us credit for the inconvenience and a new pizza, BUT THEN they gave us a new pizza and refused to give credit as promised and said they didn t know WHO I was talking to, PLUS Pizza Huts quality of ingredients has gone WAY DOWN HILL, and I gotta say the Pizza Hut Pizza is the Worse Pizza I know of. I recommend going somewhere else.
The most terrible service Iv ever experienced. I emailed for a pizza at 8:20 with a delivery time of 9:50. Waited for my pizza and it never came. I called right away and found out my order was cancelled even though I received a confirmation. The lady on the phone informed me they were now closed at 10 and there was nothing they could do. Will never eat here again.
After the call center sent our order to Stoney creek and us figuring out the issue, it took them a very convenient hour and forty minutes for us to get our order. Step it up. Next time it's a1 wings and pizza.
