Workers dont remove their garbage, generally poor attention to detail as we had to point out obvious issues. Tiler was fantastic. All that said bathroom looks good but would not recommend or use again.
After looking at the work we needed, Freys plumber said he would send me estimates and prices in a couple days. 2 weeks passed and nothing. Plumber does not return emails or phone calls. So no, I am not impressed.
Had an issue with my toilet a few months ago…it was clogged and there was a bit of backflow…it was not pretty. We tried fixing it ourselves, which made it worse. I called Freys and they had someone at my door within an hour. The service guy was very polite, clean and professional. Really appreciated how considerate he was of my home and he had our toilet fixed very quickly - total lifesaver.
My wife and I have been using Frey's for several years. We first hired them because of a leak with hot water tank. Since then they've installed our water softener and we used them to renovate our ensuite and guest bathrooms, both of which turned out amazing.
