I brought them my once worn dress that I wore to my bridal shower and it was bright white with maybe a couple of stains on it. When I got the dress back my dress looked GREY as if they had washed my dress with a black sock. When I explained to the lady at the front that my dress did not go in looking like that she told me that it was because my dress was cheaply made... After explaining to her that I had paid over $300 for the dress at a high end store she told me there was nothing she could do for me. I would NOT recommend bringing your items to this place. Tons of other dry cleaners around.
