Very dissatisfied with overall tailoring job done on my dress. Dress was left dirty with no apology. No receipt was provided after the job was complete and paid for. The head tailor simply told me that they cannot provide a receipt. I always keep itemized receipt for reference in case there is any issue with the clothing after its returned. Wont recommend here to any of my friends and family and wont go back.
I didn't realize that this tailor was only for men's clothes. Having said that though, when I came into the store and asked if my pants could be altered, the gentleman running the store helped me without an issue. He was courteous, and the alteration was done professionally and promptly. Would definitely recommend this place.
