For custom tattoo designs that are unique to you, BluGod has you covered. Founded in 2010 by Yovany Cabanas, BluGod works solely in custom tattoo designs. As well, they provide professional piercings and trendy custom jewellery and clothing.
Yovany came to Toronto from Cuba. As a professional artist working in many mediums, the art of tattoo design attracted him. After working to become one of the first custom tattoo artists in Cuba, he travelled through North America, eventually ending up in Toronto.
“I’ve always been interested in art,” says Yovany. “From paintings and sculptures to making custom jewellery, I love creative work with my hands. That’s what led me to tattoo design in the first place.”
A fully custom tattoo shop, BluGod has six professional tattoo artists – each with their own specialties and skills. “No matter what kind of tattoo you want, we have someone who specializes in it. This way, our customers are always happy with the quality of our work.”
