Grand Alarms Ltd

Wouldnt release alarm keys to Control4 dealer after their own incompetence, and when we changed alarm companies tried to go after us in collections for $2486 (no idea why). Voided our Vacuum warranty because of this too (how?!)

I have been a Grand Alarm customer for over 5 years and their service has been consistent, affordable, accessible, and efficient. The installers, monitoring station staff, and alarm response crew were all personable, knowledgable, and a pleasure to work with. They were always happy to answer my questions. I feel safe knowing that Grand Alarm is protecting me and my home.

I had an issue with one of their installers he was rude and didn't seem to care about my concerns. So i called the customer service department and they apologized and offered me a great incentive in order to continue with their business. I appreciate this, specially when the end users have to deal with people that are not made to be dealing with the public.

Very fast service called on thursday and a tech was at the house on friday he reprogram the current alarm to work with grand alarms...was in and out in less then an hour. My system works great and grand alarms is amazing!

My family and I are completely satisfied with this service. Great company and great service.

With grand alarms I obtained what i can call full on Home Automation, my previous provider did not offer this quality of service. I recommend Grand Alarms
