During Covid I unexpectedly visited your store. Female owner thought it was strange I didnt know the brand name of a product I needed. You have no business skills or polite customer service.You should of suggested two to choose from.You will not receive anymore of our loyalty or money.

Went into the store with my 2 Jack Russells. 3 or 4 women working. No hello or smiles and a look at my dogs like why are they here. Clearly they are there for the job and not the love of pets. Wont be going back.....SAD
