We have two small children, a large puppy and cat. Needless to say, my carpets were a mess and the grouts in my kitchen.This company is unprofessional and lacks integrity in what they do. They ruined my mattress with injecting too much water or steam and when I complained, they did not offer to fix it or even apologize. I even asked them to take me off their call list again today, retold the whole story, and they still did not apologize. After purchasing a coupon on KiJiJi for this business, I schedule an appointment to complete carpet cleaning services. Not only did this company miss the cleaning appointment without providing notice, they have not returned my numerous phone messages and is now ignoring to pick-up the phone when I call.
Based on my experience with this company, I do not recommend them at all. I have paid for services that I have not received.
I am not sure if this is a legitimite company.
