Took my bike in to get an inspection and front tire installed. Was told there was no appointments, first come, first serve. Got there 20 minutes before opening. Waited for employees, two other customers showed up. Employees took them in first because they knew them by name. I was told I would have to wait an hour. I drove 1/2 hour to get there and I work nights and needed to get done first so I could go home and sleep. Poor service and I will never go back.
