UPS Customer Centres

UPS service in Charlottetown is excellent...the driver that delivers to me is professional and very friendly...you can set your clock by him for his deliveries and today with an impending snowstorm he delivered a package early.

apparently I have a parcel that needs taxes paid then the charged me a extra 120 dollars for paper work at border left me a not on door didnt give me a time there going to be back guess they expects people to take a full day of work to Waite for them

UPS is one totally disorganised business, if they only have a PO Box and you live outside Charlottetown don't expect any help!!! There is only a 1 800 # and someone on another continent to help you!!!

I went into the UPS store last week (during the Christmas rush) and the gentleman who assisted me was top notch! He was professional, courteous and clearly explained the different package prices so that I could make an educated decision. Great experience! I would definitely recommend UPS!

apparently its procedure to just leave stuff on peoples door step where anyone can walk by and grab it

Packages always delivered on time and hassle free. If I'm not home they take it to the ADL location and it's easy to get from there. Just make sure to bring your ID. They'll definitely ask for it.

I was expecting a package to be delivered today. The delivery truck didn't deliver it to me instead he delivered it to the building next door, a security building that I can't enter. Fortunately I asked one of their residents if they could look in the hall and see if the package was there, otherwise, I may never have seen my package. Very sloppy uncaring for their customers who have paid for and are waiting for the delivery as well as the Company that used UPS to deliver their parcels!

Over and over, bad service. Late delivery, dammaged packages, etc.
