I cant understand...

I cant understand why even a minimal of 2 people have a problem here, his company continues to give me great service yearly and never fails to get the job done, I thank him personally and will always turn to his business when I need a job well done.

Don't bother unless you like sloppy workmanship.

Owner and employee installed oil tank on behalf of co-op fuels. Made a mess of the install and my basement. Filter leaked and had to have Co-op come fix it as I wouldn't have this fellow fill a jerry can after my experience!

Phoned him Sunday...

Phoned him Sunday about a broken furnace. Told me I needed a $200 part and $100 for his time. Was supposed to come back Monday…didn’t show up. Tuesday he replaced the part. Wednesday had to call…no heat. Said he’d be here, didn’t show up. Came Thursday, realized it’s water in the tank, said he’d be back Friday. Didn’t show up. Won’t refund my money and doesn’t know how to fix it. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!
