Ordered from them twice. Had issues both times. Said they would come by in an hour, arrived in over 3, and also managed to forget to deliver part of the gift, so the driver had to pass by again.. Horrible service, and very disorganized. It's silly. If you really want to make sure that everything goes right, order from somewhere else. Actually, just order from somewhere else regardless :)
The worst customer service ever.
My husband decided to surprise me , but the flower shop started to call me again and again asking for address details and complaining for the traffic.

Then they asked if I could receive my gift the next day - ha-ha-ha :-)
The hubby ordered a flower arrangement over the phone and had them delivered to me for my bday/valentine's day. It was basically 11 daisies with some baby breaths. Some of the daisies were already dying. It looked like something you can get at the local pharmacy for $9.99. He paid $48.95!! Called to complain and the woman was rude and practically hung up on him. He's never ordering from here ever again!!
