I had an emergency situation with the lock on my front door. I presented myself at the store with a picture of my defective door handle and lock. The locksmith was at my house a few hours later, inspected the handle and lock and offered to either fix the issues, or replace the handle and lock. I chose to have the entire set replaced. He had come prepared with the replacement set in case. Excellent service and I would highly recommend this company.
