When I checked on their website and called. It was “sans rendez-vous” meaning no appointments needed. So I drove a half hour to get there and I was told they’re already booked for the day and that they have 25 cars. He told me to come back tomorrow because they’re completely full today (when there were only 5 cars outside their shop). I asked if it was first come first serve and he said yes but we have to book what time we come in. I think it defeats the purpose of “sans rendez-vous”
As a woman going to a garage,its always a challenge to be treated with respect, here was no exception. I went in for a routine oil and tire change I left the car for 3 hours, and when I returned, they had not started,doors were open lights on.I waited another two hours. Left the garage and there was a screeching noise (not the winter tires)so bad I had to go back again for another 1.5 hours!Two of the staff cared, but most did not. Not a good experience.
