The Relais 22 milles serves as a travel hub, connecting the regions of the Outaouais, the Saguenay-Lac-St-Jean and the Haute-Mauricie. During winter, the service lodge is the only refuelling station between Saguenay and La Tuque for snowmobilers who use the Trans-Québec 83 trail.
