I would never trust them with my precious clothes again! Totally incompetent very rude and agressive!!! They totally destroyed a very expensive woolcoat. They never even so much as apologized for it. Instead, the woman has the gull to say as a compensation I don't have to pay for the drycleaning! Say WHAT ???? My other coat came back full of fuzz and animal hair and looked as if it had not even been cleaned. Personally, worst DryCleaning experience I have ever had! Ended up costing me over $500.
