Holy Trinity Parish of Gatineau was born from the merger of three former parishes: St. Jean-Marie Vianney , St. Maria Goretti and Saint-René-Goupil . It was founded January 1, 2008 by order of Bishop Roger Ébacher . Geographically, it is located in neighborhoods with many faces. On the one hand, both parties in the south and north of the railroad tracks, one extending to the Ottawa River, the other up to the boulevard of La Verendrye. These two parts are formed mainly of older families. It has a relatively high number of homes for the elderly, particularly in the southern part.
