Issue 1 of 3: Brought car in and paid Mohammad a formal diagnosis for wheel noise. He diagnosed wheel bearings. Purchased wheel bearings and brought car back week after. The apprentice who wasn’t there week prior inadvertently diagnosed unevenly worn tires so I held off on bearings. Bought 4 new tires elsewhere and had them replaced and the noise is gone. I had to pay to return parts. This and two other interactions suggest the head mechanic Mohammad is a dishonest.
