Kevin Poirier has a diverse background. He studied acting, plumbing, and nursing but none of those career paths really spoke to him. Along with his business partner, Karen Delage, a café where he could share the homemade food that he grew up with was exactly what he wanted.
“Karen and I always wanted a café. It was a childhood dream, I guess you could say,” Kevin says. “I love cooking, personally. I learned with my grandma and neither of us has taken any classes about business or cooking. It’s really all home cooking here. That’s exactly what we want to show.”
