I purchased an LCD screen from Futur-cellphone on Amazon. The product arrived damaged. It has scratches, a noticeable blue marking, and serial numbers on the right bottom corner. Customer service has been beyond poor. Futur-cellphone says this was an install error on my part and I caused the scratches. Again, It arrived damaged! For the installation, I used industry tools and found the process simple. l was unaware the imperfections would be visible after installation or else I wouldn't have.
