Vitoeuf started its operations in 1984, and quickly became a leader in the egg-processing industry. Our company name is a credit to our Quebec heritage, meaning quick (vit) egg (oeuf). It becomes a challenge to any anglophone who can pronounce Vitoeuf without any phonetic distortion.
