These people were so rude to me, it was really quite rattling. I wanted to find the plot information for someone to take a picture of their headstone but the branch manager got mean as if I were about to vandalize property. He did not seek to understand my intentions at all, even when I tried to explain them to him. When I complained to the higher authorities, all they did was defend him without understanding my intentions either. Nobody ever tried to understand my intentions one bit. Awful.
