I had a very unpleasant experience accessing this business, so much so that Yellow Pages moderated out a fairly accurate experience. In brief, The location is poor as are the hours, elsewhere in Canada (Calgary) Shaw has both mall locations and full mall (not 8 to 4) hours Parking is tight The staff were no friendly The wait to talk to anyone once there was long As well, related to previous service, Bills were variable without explanation, Wifi router was lower quality than main in province competition Frequent service outages... waited on hold, on phone, up to 60 minutes. No option to leave number They should open a Center Mall location, with better hours... or pick up your stuff They were not friendly, nor helpful (see early disclaimer, full experience and advise even more negative than this review suggests but was moderated)
