Welcome to Centurion

I have been living at 277 Anderson Ave in Oshawa. I had to move from my own home into an apartment. I was worried about safety, cleanliness, public areas in the building, etc. Our Superintendent Bob has been exemplary - he keeps our building safe, clean, and has such a pleasant attitude. We all feel like family here.

It has been an amazing experience and I'm so glad I moved here.

We have had a solid experience since moving in with our cat last summer. A big part of that is having a friendly and hardworking superintendent on site and is always readily available.

Also, great assets to have a park next door, rural 10-minute drive to 401, and historic Galt is just a short walk away.

Very Good Neighbours + Very Happy + Very Thankful

I've been renting here for over four years now. I've had no problems at all. Apartment building is clean and the outside well-taken care of. There have been continuous upgrades the whole time I've lived here. Although the building looks rough on the outside, the apartments are nice inside.

Definitely one of the cheapest 3-bedroom to rent in Barrie, especially since the unit has two floors. The property manager is and has always been on top of any repairs needed. She is friendly and deals with any issue immediately. I've enjoyed my time here with friendly and considerate neighbours all around.

If you're looking for a place with big, spacious rooms, thick walls, reasonable rent, close to the highway, close to downtown, and pet-friendly, definitely look at Kingswood Estates. The Superintendents are very nice and are always there when you need them. They would also walk you through everything when you apply for a suite. 

After living at 360 Hoffman St for almost two years, we have had nothing but good experiences. The Superintendent Amy makes sure the building looks great and helps solve any issues that we have. Everyone in the building is nice and seem to get along great. It was a blast when the units are being upgraded, we could all stand in the hall to chat and laugh with one another.

We have no plans to move anytime soon. Great place, great people.

Although I have only lived here for a short time, I am pleased to share my experience. Everything that Linda, the Superintendent, promised me (new floors, carpeting, bath tub, screen for door, cupboards, and light fixtures) were in place when I move in. I was away for a 5-week vacation and when I returned, I felt I had returned to "My Centurion HOME".

Have been here a year. The apartment is clean with newly renovated kitchen and bath. Very reasonable rent for the size of apartment. Staff are great.
