Vecova Recreation Centre is a public facility that provides recreation and leisure opportunities to Calgarians of all ages and abilities. Our barrier-free facility in the heart of north west Calgary features a warm 34.5° salt-water pool, a full size gymnasium, three studios and three multi-purpose rooms. We offer a wide variety of activities to suit your needs including swimming, preschool programs, birthday parties, fitness classes, day camps and more. Come and enjoy our fun, friendly atmosphere. Vecova Recreation Centre enriches our community by providing an inclusive recreation environment for all Calgarians.
Vecova Bottle Depot is Calgary's only non-profit depot. We employ persons with disabilities and provide a recycling service to the community. Your support of this Calgary Bottle Depot helps to enhance the lives of adults with disabilities whether you use our depot to receive your refund or donate your beverage containers to Vecova.
Vecova has several competitive business contracts with a social purpose. These contracts enable Vecova to share an inclusive workforce across the city of Calgary through organizations like the Calgary Airport. By employing people with disabilities, we demonstrate that a business can operate profitably and ethically with an integrated workforce.
