People with gluten sensitivities should look for the small circled ‘g’ on the menu, which indicates the items that can be made gluten-free. This includes tacos! Gluten-free bread is also available.
There’s more good news for pizza fanatics: Pizz’art, well known in Lac-Beauport (and now in Halles de Sainte-Foy), recently announced the addition of a gluten-free option to its menu. The dough, made with rice flour, can be used in almost all manner of pizza for a small extra charge.
