He wasn't only very helpful in letting me know all Ineeded to know about my options, but the work quality, his patience to mysometimes paranoid questions, his knowledge, his promptitude were outstanding. Money is not a thing that is pushing me out of the house butI am not sorry for any cent I have spent to get his help and now I am a happyowner of a warm house (see the picture - I still need to finish the trimmingwork around the tiles and the mantel, but that is my job).
