I got the lucky hand of getting Esper as my sales person, he was understanding of what i wanted. Esper Didn’t try to up sell me on different new cars and didn’t pressure me into signing onto a car. It's not very often that I would consider giving a stellar review for someone that just ruined my day with a $3500 repair estimate LOL....However, the professionalism and service that I received from Ryan at Lo-Cost on 97st was above and beyond.

I went to Millwoods Auto Inspection for a Salvage inspection. Not knowing what to expect I found Al very helpful and very easy to talk to. He answered all my questions and I ended up doing the inspection with him. Once the inspection was complete they took me into the shop to have a look at my car and go over the problems I had. It was 2 easy fixes and I got my certificate. Thanks for all your help.
