I entered my order Friday morning, and the package was delivered Tuesday! This is very impressive considering that I live in rural Nova Scotia. From the moment I contacted SMG the experience was above all else. The appointments were quick to the point and very informative. Don’t get me wrong, they didn’t rush through the appointments and took the time to answer all of my questions. I really liked the way the CPAP loaner machine was explained as well as the program. I can’t remember everyone’s names but each person that greeted me called me by name without having to introduce myself. Thank you for an amazing experience.
