Rossie did the flowers for our wedding which was AMAZING! We went to her with an idea in mind but no examples of it at all. I told her our vision of bringing both my husband and I into the arrangement and what we dreamed of. We didn't see the arrangements until the wedding day which she exceeded expectations! The florist shop botched our son's valentine order and we complained to the owner. To their credit, the boss lady gave us one dozen free roses for the mistake which was extremely nice when we only requested a few roses that were missing from our order. Thank you for doing it right to turn a negative into a positive customer experience. Great job, too bad some others do not learn such values.
