He is diligent without causing additional stress and anxiety to the animal or any fret and concern to you, the client. We have taken our cats here for many years and been very pleased with the staffs handling of checkups, emergencies and needles. But today I was completely blown away: our cat went missing back in April and I had called to see if he was there. They took my info and said they would be in touch if he turned up. Well I received that call 4 months later! We are ecstatic to have our little guy back and it's all thanks to the mystery family we assume took him in when he went missing, they nice lady who found him in the park and the clinic staff who were caring and thorough enough to look through their records before sending him off to a shelter. We came to the clinic after a series of mistakes at other clinics nearly caused us to put our St Bernard down prematurely. At PVC an excellent resident and team of vets walked us through every step of their decision-making to arrive at a diagnosis and treatment. Costs were fair.
