They think they can push people around.

Six years ago, we hired Estate Properties as we were disappointed with our previous management company. I was the President at that time and the other members of the board and I were very nervous because we were looking to move to a new management company after ten years. We are glad that we made the move. Estate Properties is a GREAT Management Company!
I only know your company through email and phone calls, but I can feel your staff are nice reliable people. You are the ones who I can rely on. You did not only the job of your position, but also so much more than you should have for our condo. You always reply promptly when we have some questions about the property. One of the best Property Management Company. I have been on the board for 12 years. We were with three management company’s before, and they all had hidden charges. Estate is upfront with their costs which is great! I highly recommend Estate and it’s managers to any board that is seeking a management company that actually works for you!
Our building has been with Estate Properties for approximately five
years. We were self managed previously, but recognized we needed
professional management. Estate reviewed and improved our finances, and generally brought our building to a better place. Estate has guided us
through major building upgrades and improvements, and provided
dependable advice throughout. Estate continues provide great service
today. Our property manager is always on top of things.
Worst management company of the face of the planet. Paid $500 for condo documents and had to get another set for another $500 six months later. I had an offer for my condo sell and condo documents were requested. Sent email on Monday and when i checked 4 days letter, they did not even bother to check my email. They are ignorant, lazy and think they are law.I will actually sue them if this sale does not go through. They should shut their businesses. The WORST
Charged me over $500 for condo docs when I sold my condo. Took them 3 tries (and trips for me to their office) for them to get all the documents. Clearly they can't do their job. Communication sucks- and lack thereof. They didn't even respond to multiple requests from my lawyer when trying to finalize the sale. Remember as an owner of a condo, the condo management company works for you. This company does not run that way. Good luck if you're dealing with them-- you are going to need it!!
