Horrid cust service from Mona. If you express a disappointment you're met with an attitude that suggests not coming back. Shoddy, awful and painstaking stop to spend hard earned money where they are clearly unworthy. If your service reps can't maintain a semblance of respect for customer's who pay their wages then this entire establishment leaves alot to be desired. Just shameful.
