Far too often, people live their lives at a breakneck pace, ignoring the core of their being and what they truly want to do with their lives. Tina Clelland didn’t want to let her life slip by letting that happen, but it took the death of a family member to get her moving. “We lost my grandmother the year before we opened Under the Moon Whimsical Giftware and she lived a very frugal life,” says Tina. "Instead of doing what she really loved…she didn’t really live her life to the fullest.”
Using this difficult event as inspiration, Tina and her mother combined forces to turn their passion for their local metaphysical community into a reality. They didn’t want to waste another second. “We have this life in this form," says Tina, "so do what you love.”
