I brought my van there at 6:30 PM on November 23, 2014. I was extremely impressed with the service I received. The mechanics were extremely polite. They answered all my questions. They gave suggestions on what type of tires I needed which is why I came in. I had already done research on the tires so when they offered them and the price, I knew it was fair. . I am bringing my other car here this week. I would highly recommend this mcphillips Mr Lube. I left extremely pleased.
Was greeted promptly in the parking lot and told to go to bay one, waited 25 minutes for a different employee to come out and tell me to move to bay 3 as it was a first come first serve basis, same person I have had issues with three times, not sure why I went back, never would again, do not recommend, overpriced, terrible upset staff, terrible service
Got our wiper blade stolen* the night before. Not many places are open on a Sunday but this location is. That is a plus. The Shop Manager was really friendly and helpful. Service was quick. I will come back for future services. I recommend this location. Thank you again for the great service.
