I am not one to write reviews but with a pregnant wife who has been driving this very unsafe car, thanks to Mr.Lube, and seeing the way this manager is making this out to be not a big deal I am warning anyone who is wanting these procedures done safely and securely to not take it to Mr.lube.
Went in for an oil change and the staff offered rad fluid replen., which I took. 3 weeks later my car overheated resulting and it was discovered that the transmission cap was missing. The consensus from speaking to several mechanics and an automotive engineer was that this had to have been the cause of a loose rad cap or they forgot to put it back on. Spoke to Mr. Lube staff about it who refuse to take accountability of the damage done because the cap some how came off
Definitely Happy with the service I received today at Mr. Lube Aurora (1540 Wellington Street East, Aurora, Ontario). I was greeted professionally and promptly and handed a coffee and newspaper while I waited. The wait was under 20 minutes and was excellent overall. No up selling, just polite and efficient service. This Mr. Lube is one of the best managed Mr. Lubes I have been to. Thank you Mr. Lube Aurora!!! Definitely recommend this place !!!
