We visited for lunch on a cold winter day. The temperature in the pub couldn't have been more than 18 degrees. It was too cool to be comfortable, so we waited for our warm meals (about 30 minutes and we were the first lunch time arrivals).
The food was mediocre. I will start with the positives, the burger was decent, big and juicy. The sweet potatoe fries were tasty and crisp.
Small Greek salad was a decent size and had lots of feta, but only iceburg lettuce.
The sandwiches were a big disappointment. The grilled chicken on "foccacia" came on a plain white bun with a little bit of chicken and peppers and some rather flavourless "garlic mayo". The philly cheese steak was just some deli roast beef on the same white type bun. Not even toasted. Better subs to be had at subway for a lot smaller price tag.
I guess you should stick to the pricey wings and wash them down with lots of beer....
