I dealt with the rudest individual at this store. My mom had purchased me earrings and after about 2 months the crystal fell out. I still had the box and bag but not the receipt as my mom threw it out when she gave me the earrings as I liked them. We went into the store and explained the situation and asked if there was anything that could be done without the receipt. Right away the employee helping us, whose name was Lee, was really rude and unhelpful. I understand that because there was no receipt the options for what could be done were limited. However, there is a way to talk to costumers and to be rude and dismissive right away (espicially when they are being nice) is not it. We left feeling like she more less just couldn't be bothered doing anything so we called Swarovski (the brand of the earrings). The representative on the phone told us that as long as we knew the date they were purchased, they would be able to pull up a receipt. We went back and asked Lee (Elegant Goldsmiths employee) about what we had been told over the phone and she raised her voice at us and got angry. It is the most aggressive behaviour I have witnessed from an employee giving we were not being rude in any way to her. Lee has no costumer service or people skills. She was rude, aggressive, unhelpful and as a result I will never shop here again. I will also be sure to spread the word to friends and family.
