I definitely recommend Macro Global: their service was friendly, fast and efficient. I began my application for PR September 2017 with a 90-day window to collate all paperwork needed. I was able to conveniently communicate with my personal advisor Munmun, even from England. The application process time was 18days – the fastest yet! I was very impressed with the speed and successive result. I would recommend Macro Global and their services. A brilliant team! Thank you once again.

I've been consulting with them and using their services for the last year and half and I had an excellent experience. Their staff is very professional, and even if I called back with the same question three times in a single day, they would clarify my doubts with patience. Yes, I did see much cheaper lawyers out there, but none of them knew the immigration system as well as Macroglobal does.

I wanted to write about my experience with Macroglobal Immigration Services. Specifically the office in Brampton, Ontario. I'm a Canadian citizen and I got married to my wife in Pakistan Feb. 2014. Ms. Seema Bhayana is really professional and honest. She is straight forward and will clearly advise if there is any scope with the application. Unlike other consultants, she doesn't gives false hopes or is behind clients money. She offers free consultation and offers best services. I have referred her to many people around me and they are all very happy with the services provided by the company.

I have been a regular client of Seema Bhayana. Macroglobal offers free consultation for first visit. I completely bank on Seema for genuine advice and successful cases. Recently, my nephew and my husband’s niece got Student visas smoothly through Seema. I referred a friend who wanted to invite her brother-in-law for the funeral of his father. Not only did it work out, Seema did not charge for all the services since it was related to death in the family. What a way to give back to the community!

I 100% agree with the above reviewer. Seema Bhayana is a highly unprofessional and rude person. The customer service is absolutely zero. Didn't even listen to my issue completely. Instead, started explaining the fees structure to me. Really a very bad experience, won't go again and won't recommend to anybody.

The worst consult...

The worst consultation experience! I am not sure about the rest of the staff but, I went for a free consultation with Seema Bhayana. She is absolutely unprofessional when it comes to talking to her clients and is very rude. A bad listener. I walked out of the office very disappointed thanks to her attitude. Never going back to this place. Definitely don't recommend it. Immigration is a very important and sensitive issue and should not be done by people who do not know how to talk to their clients. I have no confidence in this specific person I dealt with. I give it zero stars. The only reason I had to choose one is because it wouldn't let me submit a review until I rated it.
