I order pizza and cinnaparts and this is the second time the cinnapart dough was not completely cooked though. I highly suggest not ordering from the place, the quality of the food is not great.
Pizza hut customer for last 15 years and visit this locations many times with family and always had good times but went there again today with my husband and got very disappointed. stale salad and the pizza crust recipe seems to have been changed. Instead of the yummy greasy crust of a pan pizza the crust was almost like eating a dry bread. very disappointed not going there ever again .
I went to go pick up my order on monday and the guy at the fromt was very nice to me. He was friendly and im sure so is the rest of the staff. My food came out very quickly, even before the time the guy said it would. I was happy and my family very much enjoyed the pizza.
Horrible service, horrible food; over done. The server was very rude and had a lot of attitude, she refused to replace our bread sticks when they were over done. Even after I complained to head office, terrible service was still continued. Had to go to the front of the restaurant myself to ask for a refill on my drink.
My wife and I have been here several times previously and quite enjoyed it. On our latest visit we discovered a few changes, some good, some bad.
The good: They have redone/renovated the dining area. The take-out station has been segregated more and over all it is a very nice change.
The bad: The pizza crust recipe seems to have been changed. Instead of the yummy greasy crust of a pan pizza the crust was almost like eating a dry biscuit, which suggests it was baked to me. Not a good change.
