We hired this Felicio Medeiros and his crew to install flagstones in our backyard last fall and fully paid for the project. We booked his time in early April to relevel the ground. His crew came back twice in two separate days over two months period, and torn up the backyard. It is completely unusable and Felicio is not answer calls nor text messages. we were dragged alone and now forced to find another contractor and pay more to have it completed in order to have a backyard to use.
