Terrible service; called at 9:00 am on Feb 13 for delivery to my wife. Got confirmation online of delivery. Delivery not made and phones not answered despite claiming to be open. Have left multiple messages during supposed open hours with no reply. Now have to deal with my bank to get a refund. Don’t use these people ever!
I use this florist and have for years because they across the street from an elderly relative - we have 15 years experience with this florist. Never had anything but quality service and pricing. I dont know them personally. This is a legit review. When I lived in QC I would phone and they got it done. Now I phone, say Ill be there in a hour to pick or that I want it delivered next day and it happens. The reason I keep going back is the florist is a good designer.
They charged my credit card twice, on two different days, and never reimbursed me after I brought the issue to their attention and asked them to do so. Do not trust them! I now have to go through my credit card company to contest the charge. DO NOT BUY FLOWERS FROM HERE!
Had dead flowers delivered to my house. Sent the owner a picture as proof. Did not apologize. Said she would send a new arrangement but never did. She Blamed her driver saying he should have known better than to deliver an arrangement like that and would send a new one. Should have taken ownership of the mistake and actually remedied the situation and deliver a new arrangement. Obviously no care for customer service and has ripped off the person who purchased and sent me these flowers.
They charge your card 2x and don't refund. Do not buy anything from here!! They don't even acknowledge it was done even with proof

We have used Burlington flowers over the last month they have beautiful flowers and have always been happy with the service. The staff is really friendly and helpful as I can't make up my mind to many flowers to choose from.

Ordered flowers for delivery on Sunday (for a funeral) the delivery was made on Wednesday. Very disappointed and will not use again. No sorry not even a phone call saying they had finally reached their destination.

We are sorry , But the family you were sending the flowers to were not at home ,after one attempt to deliver , we left messages unable to reach them , thats is why it took 3 days to get there flowers . It is really hard at times to reach families after losing a loved one .thank you Casandra

Burlington flowers has been really helpful with our family over the last 4 months my Dads passing was recently and Faye has helped me with dealing with this really sad day, After going into the shop and finding what were we looking for Faye made those flowers so awesome ! Funerals are sad and in no way was this easy after all being your Dad passing away is very hard , but all l can say is Thanks for the amazing flowers.

Placed two orders for Mothers Day (Sunday) to be delivered to two different locations. Was promised delivery on the Friday by mid-afternoon. Neither order arrived so called them and then was promised delivery by Friday evening. Again neither order arrived. Called them again and they then claimed that all orders to my area are delivered on Saturdays and then was promised delivery by Saturday 11am. Not delivered by 2pm so called again. They then said the orders would be delivered by the Saturday evening. Still not delivered by 8pm. called again and they then promised that one of the orders would still be delivered Saturday night and the other would be delivered on Sunday. The order promised by Saturday night was not delivered. Now waiting to see if either order will be delivered on Mothers Day Sunday. Will never do business with this establishment again.

While dealing with this company I experienced 1. charges on my credit card that were in excess to the cost of the flowers (buyer beware... how many times do you verify the price on your statement?) 2. delivery problems - even though delivery was promised (repeatedly) they failed to deliver for 2 days, had to pickup in the end 3. flower arrangement was missing candles Conclusion - Questionable product, questionable delivery, and questionable charges.
this shop is amazing , l orderd flowers for a funeral , the flowers were beautiful , the prices are very reasonable , l was excepting to be paying at least 200.00 for this sypathy funeral agmt when l seen it . l actually paid 125.00 the best little flower shop . the service is amazing , beautiful flowers , you have all my business . thanks burlington flowers ...great job !

this is owned by a woman who is very friendly and very experienced at flowers!! she did an AMAZING job at my wedding! I have also gone with her for 2 funerals and we had by far the BEST flowers! I would recomend everyone to shop here! sue
