Every single time I've ever gone there, they can't seem to get an order right. Even if it's a signal smoothie. The customer service is absolutely horrifying, as I've worked customer service and they clearly have no training in the matter. Worst Tim Hortons I've ever had the unfortunate pleasure of going to for food service. Would not recommend to anyone.
This Tim Horton's location in Campbellford has put financial greed ahead of both the Community and the Environment. The waste containers have been removed from the drive thru so Tim Horton's has made their waste, everyone else's problem. Tim Horton's could care less about the litter being thrown onto our streets and into our waterways. Their savings on trash disposal is more important. We have abandoned purchases at this location.
